ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Charly! As an accredited BABCP CBT therapist, I have 10 years of experience in adult and child mental health. I have experience working within adult secure mental health services and from working a variety of practitioner and managerial roles within children's mental health services in the community and within schools. I have a strong passion for supporting others with their mental health and believe in a flexible, creative and collaborative therapeutic approach so that I can support someone in the best way possible. I am committed to helping everyone I support to find the root of their problems and support them to work through these in a healthy and sustainable way. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and I am dedicated to staying on top of the latest developments in CBT and other therapeutic approaches. I specialise and love working with children and young people, and I believe that early intervention is key to preventing long-term mental health issues.
